| In Mauritius, our sales staff gladly guide and assist customers through every step of the purchasing process from the moment of their first enquiry. |

| Overseas, the marketing of our clients’ integrated-resort properties is organised in collaboration with our strategic partners at the market end and involves marketing-communication campaigns created and planned by specialist agencies in the market. |

| We do not market any real-estate projects other than our clients’, or any realisations other than our own. |

| Property Valuation |
| Independently of our land-development activities, we also provide local property owners with expert valuation services in respect of land, buildings and equipment through our subsidiary company International Valuers Ltd. |
