The Savinia site is the property of Savannah Sugar Estates Co. Ltd, a subsidiary of Espitalier Noël Limited, a leading Mauritian company founded in 1944 and quoted on the Official List of the Mauritius Stock Exchange. Savinia distinguishes itself in many ways, primarily by the wild beauty of its coastline and the idyllic quality and unique feel of its wooded seafront as an ideal place to live.
The overall goal is to create at Savinia, for the world market, a quality residential resort that is inimitably different from any other, by taking full advantage of the site’s exceptional features and virtues.
